So I have used the search feature and read up on others that have a sketchy work history like I do and have followed the advice that was posted an got notarized letters. Just want to get confirmation that this will work.

    10 year Work History
Aug 04 - May 08 High School Student
Oct 07 - Oct 09 Restaurant (Closed down no idea how to verify this without waiting for 3 months from the irs)
Jun 08 - Aug 2012 Full time college student
Aug 2012 - Aug 2013 Unemployed Assume I need to get a notarized letter stating I was unemployed?
Aug 2013 - Present Odd jobs I have 2 notarized letters from clients stating this
    Oct 2014 - Jan 2015 - Janitor
    Oct 2015 - Dec 2015 - Target seasonal
With may unverifiable gaps I have 2 notarized letters so far, will this be enough for companies such as TMC and Prime? I plan to start earning my CDL in Feb from a CDL school at my local community college. I have no criminal history, as for my driving record i have maybe 1 speeding ticket for going 20 over the speed limit a year ago.

The speeding ticket will hurt you worse than the sketchy work history. Unlikely Prime or TMC will hire you. Several other companies will though. Which state do you live in?

The CDL school may want you to get a pre-hire letter before enrolling due to the ticket. That's no problem either, but your choices are limited.

I live in texas, my friend who just got hired by TMC has had his licence suspended and numerous speeding tickets. So still hoping I have a shot with them, just getting things in order before I apply.

From my experience with my employment gaps, all you will need is to tell them what you were doing during that time. Like I left my last job at the end of June and didn't start CDL school till the end of sept, all I put was something like looking into CDL schools or something like that and it never went past that. They just legally need a reason to put in their system for your past 3 (3?) years I think.

Since this is 01/16 you will need to go back to 01/06.
    Not 10/07.

If it was high school, that is easy to verify.

Do you have copies of old W-2 forms from the restaurant that you worked for?
