    Good Night !!!
    My name is Anne and I am a truck driver here in Brazil for 20 years. I am 45 years old .I heard that Schneider company has a program for immigrants who want to drive in the USA . You could tell me something about this program? My problem is a work visa. If this program exist, I would like to move to USA . Excuse me ask this question , but I will be traveling to the USA in September to talk directly with the company and with others..

    You might try checking out a thread by 'blairandgretchen' I know he's from elsewhere (New Zealand) and he knows a lot of folks from that area that come here and drive, I've heard him comment on it. He seems like he likes answering questions and is very level headed, won't steer you wrong. Good luck!

    Hey Anne... I know this may be a "weird" question.... I see your name here but considering there are not many female truck drivers in Brasil...:biggrin_25512: are you a male or female? Just curious... I am from Brasil originally and used to hitchhike with truckers in that country back in the early 80's and NEVER seen one female truck driver there then....

    Ah... BTW... the only thing I know is that companies can get some deductions in their taxes if they hire minorities and legal immigrants in this country... Don't know anything about getting a working visa to drive a truck here...
