What all is involved in a work-well test? I'm supposed to start with a company soon and I'm a little worried that they'll fail me for being behind a desk for too long.

I don't have any serious health issues but I did have one checkup where my blood pressure was borderline.

What is considered borderline on your BP ? Many carriers won't accept anything over 140/90 without medication because it will require physicals every year .

My BP was 126/80 if I recall correctly. I'm also 50-60lbs over ideal weight.

Do they measure your BP during physical labor or at rest for a work-well test? I'm out of shape so I'd imagine those numbers would climb if they measured them during/after heavy labor.

You should be fine with your blood pressure. And only being 50-60 lbs. overweight puts you in the lighter weight class as far as out of shape drivers go. LOL

My BP was taken at rest after I did my eye chart down the hall and pee'd in a cup.
