Might be because I run a lot of NYC but I always assume any deliveries in big cities where it’s hard to find parking for a CAR alone the parking tickets are considered “costs of doing business”. If the company won’t pay that parking ticket then I will refuse to deliver to those places.
Worked at Swift last year got a parking ticket who's responsible?

Swift ain't going to pay for it, but Swifth will......

Parking tickets in Ca. go to the registered owner who is responsible to pay. However, Swift will pay it but might deduct it from your pay, just like getting a parking ticket in a rental car, they will pay but bill the renter.

this would probably be similar to a red light ticket, I forget exactly but it I think Hannibal mo, there camera is notorious for catching semis. My tractor was clearly in the intersection and they sent the company a ticket. Ticket is made out to the company but the company charged me for the fine. I wanted to fight the ticket but safety guy says it's a known trap. A few of us got hit going through there after that they told us don't route that way no more.
So I'm guessing swift will get the ticket but can easily charge you for it and they should -
You're the driver. So guess who's wallet will be lighter next paycheck.
