    I can understand the frustration of the OP. Lots of places will tell you things are one way to get you on with them and get you moving and then you find out its not all they said it was, or nothing like they said it was at all. I have nothing to offer though to the OP other than good luck. If you do go with Swift, make sure you don't need to "study" for the drug test. You will enter a room probably with many drivers and by the end of orientation if you're one of the lucky and chosen, you will be of a much smaller number.

    That is an interesting thing, if it is true. I was fired once for refusing to drive an unsafe truck. The OP if he was fired for that and its documented he was fired for that, he could file a complaint with OSHA and see what happens.
