    1sr quarter: $4400
    2nd quarter: $1700
    3rd quarter: $3400
    4 quarter: $8000

End of year after quarters: $7100

I was leasing so I was paying $600 a month in healthcare. I didn’t have a fridge and after mine broke I wasn’t in the mood to buy a 3rd one. Food could have cost up to $800 a month, not always. Bottom line, save at least 30% of your pay everytime. I only made $3k more than I did company. I was better off being company. Much easier.

Math seem WAY off! Am I the only one that thinks there are some numbers, possibly zeros missing?

    These three remarks

    "I was leasing"
    And
"Food could have cost up to $800 a month"
    And
"I didn’t have a fridge and after mine broke I wasn’t in the mood to buy a 3rd one."

Tell quite a lot of the story.

I guess if you're only eating garbage from the fast food joints.

I just got done paying some bills last night. Our grocery bill for January (four in our house) was 502.07.

I'm curious how you guys feed your families on $400-$500 a month in groceries? Are you sure about that? We're at $1,000 on the month of January so far a family of 3. That's pretty typical.
