Workin' in the oilfield in Midland/Odessa, Tx.

I'm wondering what the rates are for RV parks in the Midland/Odessa area.

 

Sorry about that, I don't know much about the o/o end outside of a lot a sand trucks guys are o/o's. The only sand company that comes to mind is Oakley.


As for RV rates, I don't know, I'm a native but I found some listed on the net.

I found some rv spots for rent on craigslist in w odessa and gardendale, they running between $450 and $500 per month with electric, water and sewer included. Will be headed that way myself in a few days and was looking for something with a 50 amp hookup.

There is West Odessa and there is WEST Odessa. WEST Odessa starts West of Loop 338 and we're talking a difference of 5-10 miles...one way. So I would google the address and compare it to your work location.

 

Thanks Svoray, good point on checking google maps. FYI At Manta.com they have a listing of oil field service companies. In the Odessa/Midland area alone they list some 312 all the addresses, phone numbers and contact names

 

I learned that lesson the hard way lol I sold a set of Mustang tail lights to a guy once and being the nice guy that I am, I mentioned I would deliver anywhere in Midland/Odessa. So some guy in Far WEST Odessa buys them. It felt like I spent all day driving across West Texas to get to his place lol.
