There are companies that fly you home and back, but you will work for a few months first, not a few weeks. Such benefits are found in about 5% of oil and water hauling firms. Such terms can be easily negotiated with small owner-operators hiring drivers. Keep in mind the value of such tickets are usually $10000 or more per trip because the airports out here (Dickinson, Williston) are small airports, so the tickets are much pricier than flying out of a hub city like Chicago or Denver.

You really dont have to look that far from home...unless you just want to. There is plenty oil being moved just to the west of Tulsa...Stillwater, Cushing, Enid, OKC...etc.

You probably wont see 6 figures...or even close to that...in OK, but there are good jobs within 100-150 miles of NWA.

Edit: was thinking...I know Sunoco has yards right around Tulsa...one in Tulsa somewhere, Bristow, Bartlesville area and I've heard maybe even around Ft Smith somewhere...they have yards scattered all over OK. Plenty of other companies in those same areas as well. Several companies are based out of Tulsa. Your 3 years driving exp is plenty to land an oilfield job. You'll need to get tanker and hazmat on your license first though. Get em both on there before even starting the job search...they wont waste a lot of time with you otherwise.

They will train you to do the job. As long as you have some driving experience and the endorsements...its just a matter of searching out the job you want.
