Frog toggs are also really good, I wear them all day in the rain fishing or working and they breath well...... carhartt is good as well but a bit to cumbersome for me to work in all day. For the good stuff you are gonna shell out some money for em, dont buy the cheap stuff ! cabellas and bass pro is where i buy mine and alot of time i catch them on sale

 

Cabelas has some Gore Tex jackets on sale right now for $120. Pants are $130. Spendy yes, but you get what you pay for... I was lucky enough to have an employer pay for my Carhartt jacket and pants, but I would gladly pay for it regardless.
