If you look at your contract, and the document you signed for the direct deposit. You'll see that you gave them permission to take money out of your account. Why anyone would do that with them, or any other broker is beyond my comprehension.

 

The first sentence of your post says it all.

 

I would go to your local court and file a warrent in debt and pay $60 to have it heard in court.
You'll need to file it against the Ohio Registered againt. It should be listed on the state website who that is.
Make sure to add extra money for lost of time, and check the box for TQL to pay the court cost. If you hire an attorney, add his cost to the warrent.
You'll need to provide TQL a bill of particular after your first appearance if they don't settle before then.
There is enough money on this for you to win even if its settled out of court.
You will be black listed by them.

I wish Owner Operators could be more united and supportive of each other then maybe we could come together and boycott TQL we don't realize our power without us there's no tql over 70% of freight in America is being moved by O/Os let's start spreading the news through social media ,talking to other truckers or whatever way you can. as for me I will never haul another load for tql,i say BOYCOTT TQL!

 

similar thing happen to me ,went to pick up a flatbed load of warehouse storage racks was told to wait outside while its being loaded when i got to the receiver ohe was dented on the top and painted over they charged me 25% of the load took it right out of my check, I say lets boycott tql.

I was able to get a little sweet justice with those jokers recently. I had a load booked with them that i was intending to take, but found another in the meantime so I emailed the kid that arranged it at TQL and dropped off of the load.
I immediately had the sensation of peeing myself in a dark suit. Felt warm and cozy, but nobody else noticed but me.

 

How did you come up with that number?
