I have bad news for you. The load was not cancelled, they just cancelled your contract for the load because they found someone else to haul it cheaper. If you look at the rate confirmation it has no contact information for the shipper or receiver so you cannot contact them to verify the load was in fact cancelled. TQL does this with all their loads. They keep looking for a cheaper truck until the very last minute and then pull the rug out from under you. It is what makes them such scum bags. Send them a bill for the TONU and when they do not pay it, file suit against them in small claims court. They will pay it rather than spend money to fight it. And never haul a TQL load again!!!!
WORST of the WORST Total Quaility Logistics TQL

I always get the best loads by pissing someone off. Shows them how much I care. They can see thru the phone and know what the load looks like. I could go on, but I would be picky.

TQL really worst and unprofessional brokers in U.S., they better do street cleaning!!! Always loads not ready, always liar to you about appointments, giving you appt. time knowingly knows that its impossible to make it!!! they are LIARS!!!!

They do not own a truck one.
They pay ok but you have to dicker with them to get the rate you want. -

Invoice them for what you think they owe you. When they dont pay file a small claims suit against them, their bond holder and their customer. They will gladly pay and if they do not at least you get the satisfaction of knowing they spent a lot of money defending themselves in court. I am suing them right now for $1050. They have already spent over $10k on lawyers defending themselves in a small claims case. I only sued them however. Not their bond or their customer. I will vdoing that when I refile the case in Ohio. My case will be dismissed in Texas because of a court venue provision in our contract but thats okay. Their customer and bond holder will not fight me I promise you.Last edited by a moderator: Oct 3, 2013
