I agree. Negative experience with them, too.

 

Even though the kids at TQL are thoroughly trained in negotiation..Im Better

I use them spuratically,,,,And I Get GREAT money out of them.......Even Good Lanes can pay well with TQL...

And..With trucks slowly diminishing.(God,I hope its even more soon).......Their last minute PLOY does NOT work....I've had themn pay me 100% of the freight just to get it moved..

Its all about strategy...Phone skills.....verbally massaging those kids into a hypnosis,(If you will.)

once you nail those negotiating skills......You can get great money from a Broker

 

That's great to know and hear, and hopefully many can learn from you. Yet for most, including those with industry experience and even MBA's, TQL is a bad broker that causes problems and headaches.

TQL: calling about your truck in _______
me: COVERED!!!
*SLAM PHONE DOWN*

 

How do you go about filing a claim suit against these liars.?

 

I had stop calling them a while a ago,dont have any good offers ever,so i dont even bother to search their loads.if you want to maintain a healthy rate avery time from you must stay away from this broker

 

That's a good plan but remember if they call you that's your chance to settle scores. That's how easy it is to get what you want in this game. You don't need or want it in the first place. If they do, then well, it's costly. The fun part is when you tell them (or whoever) up front that's just how it is. Take it or leave it my friend. The smart ones laugh because they know the game. The others act shocked as if that's some sort of outrageous thing which never, ever happens. Ok then it doesn't happen with me today - have fun fishing for trucks friend lol.
