As a company driver I've been in 6 trucks in the last 12 months. Some company drivers drive a new truck every day. You really think a company driver should spend thousands of dollars installing a new seat in multiple trucks each year? Really? That has to be the strangest first post from a new forum member I've read....![]()

Maybe he thought the poster complaining about the seat had his own truck not just a company driver and if so you can get a decent seat for $500

I am looking forward to owning a truck someday. What seat do you think is 'decent'?

Many of you who state things like office politics, dealing with people and so on don't get that safety is our biggest problem - nothing else matches the first and most important thing that is the worst part of this profession are unprofessional unsafe drivers who put everyone in danger.
Having to get into the cab every day, dealing with a marginally trained idiots in a truck can ruin your day of you get into an accident or witness one.
I have had a bunch of close calls, witnessed one accident and had a driver who was doing 80 or 85 on I94 the other day almost run me off the road.Moving Forward Thanks this. -

Being treated like sub-human scum at certain shippers and receivers.
and you can likely thank fellow drivers for that AT TIMES ( Regardless of what GENERATION of driver as SHAGGY pointed out )
