IvI' got an old Dodge,96, and at least in those years I believe Ford a better truck, much better suspension, so I understand why one might want to do the conversion

Pretty simple setup to fix. The thing is to find a competent mechanic these days period..... We swap them at my shop. As long as its done right... The body still not just looks as it did before the swap.... All the factory functions also work as they should. The motor upgrade is just a compliment to a chassis in need of a better oil burner!

The 6.7 was a huge Improvement with six head bolts per cylinder as opposed to 4 head bolts per cylinder with the 6.0 and 6.4. Unfortunately the 6.7 does come with additional emissions issues that could easily be resolved if you don't live in California.Lite bug Thanks this.
