Archer is always hiring. I've heard the ok yard may have lost another contract. They also lost one a few months ago. They'll probably bounce back but it could be rough for a little while. I know they were the most dangerous company I've ever worked with and it was all because of lack of experience. They did a program a few years ago where they would take a guy with a bachelors degree and fast track him to be a suppervisor. So what you have now are a bunch of supervisors who were never hands and don't know how to operate all the equipment or train their guys. It's a really dangerous situation and I don't see it changing anytime soon.
