Outside shoulder of Passenger side steer tire is wearing out a lot faster than the driver side tire. You can see rolls of rubber on the tire in the photo attached ( not normal, right?) also looks like there is cupping/waviness on the shoulder. And the wear is only on the outside shoulder.
Shocks and other components look ok. Any idea what could be the cause?
Would y'all drive with this steer tire?

Looks like an alignment issue. I'd run it out myself, but keep a close eye on it
Deezl Smoke, Deere hunter and Diesel Dave Thank this. -
Damage is done run it. Its not a bad tire rather a mechanical issue causing the wear
Luwi67, Deere hunter, Bean Jr. and 1 other person Thank this. -
run it, just check it . This is summer out here in the west you can get close to 200 degree highway temps in some area.
Milkyway2025 Thanks this. -
Its fine. Keep an eye on it, and run it.
hope not dumb twucker Thanks this. -
There's still a lot of rubber there, I'd regroove it and run it on the trailer. An inspection however would probably put you out of service for that.
Luwi67, Milkyway2025 and hope not dumb twucker Thank this. -
Michelins always look like this on the edges when they get wore down. They have a little life left but will need replaced soon.
Min tread depth is measured at the first major tread groove not at the outer edge rib and cannot be below 4/32 on steers.D.Tibbitt, NorthEastTrucker, High Stepper and 5 others Thank this. -
Bendin with Bendon has several great videos about this sort of wear. Here's one.
