When I checked into the swift flatbed side they were extremely light on flatbed trainers that there was a waiting list. Before I come over to p&s I considered going to swift just to be a trainer because I felt like I could make a difference in the quality of trainees that they put out, then I remembered how much I hate people

Is the "felony assault" in the future(after you wail on the mentor) ? Or is it in the past.Anyway,I would run like hell.Maybe get a new trainer.JMO

I spoke to my recruiter and someone at Swift last week at the New Boston Michigan terminal and both told me there was no shortage flatbed trailers up here in Michigan. Come up here to run your flatbed experience. Food for thought

I'm good, p&s pays decent and their insurance is some of the best coverages with the least cost associated that I've seen since getting into driving 2 years ago. Like it here, no reason to leave

Run away to a flatbed company, if you want to do flatbed work. But, remember there are lazy ######## everywhere. And the chances of getting stuck with one at a mega are pretty #### good.

I'm convinced that anyone with over two years exp., who is working at a mega is just an incompetent douche.

My mentor had only 8 months of experience when I got on his truck. I didn't find that out until a week later.
