Would you leave Landstar if they require you to get eobr?

    I have not looked up LS different divisions scores myself, but from posts that I have read on here your fellow drivers are the ones to blame, they are the ones that are forcing LS hand on this EOBR deal. You have to remember or know that while these devices are not mandated as a whole on the industry, the government can mandate that a specific company install them in order to remain in business. With some of the scores approaching these levels of intervention they have no choice, they can see the writing on the wall.

    Last time I checked Mercer's scores they were pretty good.

    They are, but we are still getting EOBRs in 2014. I think they should force everyone on the Eclipse logs and call it good.

    LS is the one who chose to lower their hiring standards to a year just like any other ho-hum carrier so I have to share the blame because they hire ####### now?? Don't think so Bubba, I am putting my exit strategy into gear as we speak.

    I was with Ranger it's not the score there log dept.has alway work against the BCOs one dept.would call and thank you for a great job and safe driving then the log dept.will complain to you most over the tracking of the skybitz I told them they could put it in and pay for it they said no all the cost to me it comes a time when you get tired of giving away what little you make

    That is correct.L/S is to blame with their LOWERED HIRING STANDARDS.It came 360 and bit them in the ###.Know we all have to suffer...

    Not to mention this E-LOG is 200% about LIABILITY NOT SAFETY...
