WR Logistix is owned by Babken Tervartanyan.
J&B Trucks is owned by Hapog Tervartanyan.

WR Logistix took a load from Power Express for $4,200, brokered it to J&B trucks who then brokered the load to us for $4200. No profit. ???

Now that it is time for payment, J&B told us that they were out of business and that we should file on their bond.

I contacted their bonding agent and verified that they are in fact cashing out the bond by refusing to pay carriers.

These are the companies that they use to play their shell game.

I'd also look to collect from the people whose load you hauled. This shell game only works because they use the 4 series MC to gather freight before rebrokering it out to someone else to screw the trucks. At the very least they need to know who they are in business with. Any and all responsibility you had to be a professional and keep the brokers customer happy went out the window when they told you that they weren't paying you and that you needed to contact their bond company.

These people are criminals. Period and end of story. Sunshine is the best disinfectant and these people are pathogens in the transportation market.

EDIT: None of this is to say that the shipper cares that trucks are getting screwed... But this will make it a lot harder for them to claim that they had no idea going forward if they keep using JB.
