Sad accident in which a family is ruined. The dad along with his 10 year old son died on impact. The 9 year old girl was flown to the children hospital in Indy in critical condition and is currently fighting for her life. Praise the lord the 3 year old didn't get hurt. I feel sorry for the TMC driver that was involved as I am sure this is one accident he will never forget.

Sorry to hear of these losses, 4 People in this little truck? Or was it a small SUV?

I wonder how much of that damage was Chrome that fell off the truck? just saying.

    Very sad...

It was reported to be a 2000 Chevy Venture minivan.
Chrome? (have no idea what you mean or imply)
The flatbed was reported to be hauling steel cable, with no loss of load.

It says he failed to slowdown and rear-ended the semi flat bed trailer..um yea I guess they are hard to see in broad day light..But let's toss up the driver and make sure everything is correct on his side..even a few minutes off on his logbook and some atorney will say its his fault because he "shouldn't have been there"

Not to mention that the 10 year old was not properly restrained.
