Quick question, I'm gonna take my permit test tomorrow, start school April 25th, and just want to make sure that, if I happen to fail it, that I can just keep retaking the test until I pass, believe there is a 7 day wait though. Also if I fail there are no costs involved, until I pass. I love in ohio also. Hopefully someone can confirm this for me? Thanks

Ask when you get there to confirm. But I think 7 seems correct, if I remember right.

Yeah I will just ask, or call, but sometimes it seems people here know more than the bmv sometimes. Some of those people just surprise me with how little they know about their job

You can go and retake the permit test the next day. The actual driving test you need to wait 7 days.

It ain't the bar exam dude. Study your manual from dmv, take the practice test on here and you will pass.

Just don't get hung up on how many times you can retake it.

Each state is different. In oklahoma it is $4 for each retest but waived as long as it doesn't take more than 3 times.

F150Jim is correct, for the Ohio permit test. Just study for it and you will do fine.

Well I basically studied by doing practice tests the last two days, I didn't read the manual, just did a bunch of practice tests on here and another website, whole test is just 20 questions. I remembered some too from my class b couple years ago. Last question I was at the max I could miss, and I got it right thankfully. So don't have to worry about retaking anyway
