wow i just hit a bit of a snag here in southern TN, i knew snow was coming but i was NOT expecting this much. i would be fine to carry on with my day but here at the truckstop i am blocked in by people parking in the aisle!! whats pathetic is even without getting out of bed i can plainly see open spots wtf??

called the receiver they said they are open but are expecting some trucks not to show up. i got the ok to be late as long as its by 2. i had to guys move out from in front of me in the last 10 but still not enough room to escape...im probably going to just wait a bit for road conditions to get better anyway

on further inspection we are actually all stuck in here. that explains the parking situation hahaha. the only way out is a pretty good hill, its 6 inches of snow on a layer out ice everywhere.

05 freightshaker.. one of the trucks we got from Crete. It's got a Meritor instead of Eaton, and its real sloppy. Other than that, its fine.

Yes sir, its the First Generation Powerstroke. They started putting them in in July 1994 and my truck was manufactured in July 1994, I know its nothing special but I like to think it makes it a special truck lol:biggrin_2559:

In my opinion thats the best body style pickup ford ever made, with the exception of the 1977 F-250:

its coming down again im debating if i should maybe make my escape now because tomorrows probably going to be an icy mess...but i have no idea if i can even park at the receiver or if they did anything with their lot. it just sucks they helpless to clear a parking lot down here. i might take the safe route and wait it out till tomorrow mid day and hope they clear things up a bit.
i figure if a million people dont get stuck in this lot worst case i can put on chains and head over to drop this. i dont mind them as much anymore with the exception in this climate i will be very soaked. last time when it was below zero it was actually kind of nice, i got dirty but stayed dry!

I'm in Vega, Texas. Just been doing drops out of SFS. Glad I'm missing all the excitement in the southeast.
