at johnson's Corner, Loveland, CO... winds through WY on I-25 were nasty today.. 4 rigs blew over at the curve around MM70.. notorious place for it to happen, I think a few of ours turned over right there before.. winds were over 65MPH at least, probably pushing 75 when the got flipped.. good thing I got a flatbed

75 is hurricane force, anything close to that is parking weather in my book!

screw that. 55 is about my comfort limit fully loaded. and i already learned the hard way 40 is parking weather empty or light. i am not even taking a chance with wind ever again, load can be a week late for all i care.

so I am at the next one down,
I'll be late for my FIRM 0900 but I did make up a few hundred miles, 578 today!!
