Chain up area just south of Ely, NV, almost where 93 and 50 meet. Flat tire on the trailer. It was low when I hooked it in Las Vegas so I broke out the air hose and filled 'er up. By the light of the full moon I can see and feel a big chunk missing on the sidewall. Have 17k in the box so I'll fill it back up in the am and limp in to Ely, hopefully there's a tire shop there! lol

She is good had the quarter fenders done today in SFS and had a rap sheet my arm long that they didn't think was necessary so I grabbed a Miller load up to Creed Ca. Back to SFS to grab my Fed Exd package with my IFTA stickers in it so I can run a while longer..
How is the search thing going for you? Thank You for the kind words. TD24 -
Well, could be better. Having trouble finding a job that pays well enough for my family. I have something on the horizon though that may bless me and my family enough that I may be able to at least "semi retire", so we'll see how it plays out....
Take care and stay safe... -
Yeah, I hope it works out for you. Thanks

Warpdrvr: wishing you the best in your search. *hugs*
I passed four W/S drivers today. Two were going east on I-10 near Ontario, was was going west on I-10 just about Fontana (and I passed him)... 1911, I think. One was on the 210--- east, I think.
Any of y'all? -
Sittin in the Dalton lot, load going to Carnegie, PA, delivers Monday...Had a better day today, 600+ miles...There must be 10 trucks here and many more at the Pilot up the street...I've also never seen this lot so packed with trailers...Hopefully that's a good sign as many are loaded...

Flying J in La Grande, OR. Almost a 600 miler today. Only took them 45 mins to replace the trailer tire so I was happy! Already preplanned on my next trip, drop this one in Lewiston then turn and burn back to Vegas. Couple of nice runs back to back!

Thanks, Trilleth...um, the trucks you passed on I10, were they sleeper cabs or daycabs? Our local drivers use I10 extensively.... The daycabs are all crappy looking faded red POS's....
I say "our" drivers like I still work there, haha. I still feel like part of the family. -
Once a W/S driver, always a W/S driver?
