I'm here in Missoula!!! I was going to park at the terminal, but I changed my mind. Plus, the tomato soup here at the truckstop down the street is "delish". The temps got down to 38 in Columbia Falls earlier. I didn't mind it though. There certainly will be alot of complaining about the heat once I reach MS! Dinner is on me, but the offer is invalid after 60 seconds!

 

Again TD, you "seem" to know alot, but are uninformed of the WS happenings....mainly cuz you dont work here anymore As for the "new trucks" they are going to be lease returned KW's.

10 weeks, by my choice. They got me home exactly when I wanted.

 

Forgot to mention my "Highlight of the Day":

About 10 miles north of Missoula on US-93 southbound, there was a brown bear just walking around along the shoulder. The scary part was that this stretch of highway is near a small residential area. Even though I've never seen a brown bear that close up before, I hope that no one gets hurt from this bear.

 

Back in Memphis,TN..deliver at 0630 about a mile away from this Pilot.

 

What's the longest that you've ever stayed out? I'm shooting for July....I haven't taken a break since I got hired, but I really don't want to take any type of home time yet. It's always a given that I'm bored within hours after being at home.

 

Thats about the longest I think.
