if we were smart we would all go in on a house, like time share. im at the top of the list for shortline or local though. i was gonna do living in the truck and store everything, but my hometime would be unpleasant, i would have to get a po box, use public bathrooms, always shower at truckstops...and i have 2 cars to deal with, so now i have a garage for a car and all my tools, and a washing machine. more expensive but seemed like the better choice. all my bills should still come under 1000 a month. much closer to the terminal too, not that im even far haha.

personally i love to park at the wal mart there. its slightly closer-2.X miles, log drop/hook/pti in one-plus you can shop some, and theres panda express which i love...and some taco place. thats my go to spot if im on 5.

 

Technically, Joe and I don't have a home. We visit family on our hometime, but the truck is "home".

To stay on topic... currently at the Pilot in Laramie, WY, but Joe may drive some tonight. We're only 9 hours out from our Tuesday drop.
