Back on the road, didn't make it to IA due to family emergence. I'm in Fairfield, OH at 1st stop. I'm in a loaner truck too, mine had a bad oil sample and is at detroit shop in Charlotte. Actually one of our penske trucks that was empty. Tim said I'll have to go to penske this weekend and get a truck from them if mine's not done

Had drop in Rock Hill, SC today, was scheduled for 9pm, I asked for appt change as I could be there at 3pm, they said no, I showed up anyway and was out of there in 20 minutes!...I dun need no stinkin' appointment!

Groveport OH, Been here since 1300 and still not loaded, wish i'd known I would have slept. got a 24 hour d & h tomorrow in Hickory

 

Got a day ahead of myself, my delivery is Saturday in Hickory. I hope they'l take it tomorrow. Don't want to sit around in Conover just watching the clock, and don't want to drive 2.5 hours home just to drive 2.5 hours back the next day just to do a D & H 10 miles away.

 

im at home. best thing about my new place is its a few miles from the terminal and my drop, and theres a big ol street with a huge turn around to park at even with a trailer. delever at 11pm tonight then taking a few days off. been staying busy but was down 3.5 days last week at the shop but they did a lot of work on my truck. got new steers, finally fixed the overheating-bad radiator apparently, rebuilt the steering box, had a cracked leafspring and didnt want to end up like our lil buddy haha...and finally got new headlights!! it was almost worth the downtime.

Sheridan, WY on my way to Ft Collins, then hopefully heading towards home.

 

Sitting in Missoula waiting to make my final stop of four to Pier 1 in the morning. To anyone who knows what I'm talking about, I got to experience the Pier 1 dock in Helena today. Gonna have my truck worked on after I deliver tomorrow. My tach fried on me today and I have a few other issues that need taken care of. May get stuck here for the weekend.
