Monee, Il. Killing time until my deliveries in Mokena, Plano, and Addison.

 

I'm in Barstow, ran from Lewiston with paper to Vegas and now to Ralph's on LA for a Wed. Delivery I think someone in dispatch is playing games, because I have HT Friday- Tuesday.. I could have delivered this afternoon. Take Cake TD24

 

No games Shirley is the last for that if HT is Fri-Tues why send you now. You should get a load out Weds Eve, Thursday morning and be home by friday. AWESOME congrats on finishing your 1st weeks out solo.

 

Well why a run from Vegas to LA and sit on it till Wed. morn for delivery on 280 miles for the 3 days, That in my thinking is playing, why not run it and then give me something else in the mean time? I could run a few more miles then that in three days.
Its ok I am at the shop having them fix the headlight where the deer hit it as I was going by,(I called Dave the minute it happened) There were three deer in the road and 2 went to the left and took off, the third went to the right and then decided he needed to go with his buddies and I hit him, it broke the headlight cover no lights were broken, the APU crashes intermitently, I was going to wait on the repairs till I came off my HT but since I'm here I might as well get it done, so I can come back out and run, Next time home will be for Christmas, I won't worry about Thanksgiving, Then run thru Jan into Feb. And then see what it brings us.

 

Southbound I65, spending the night at the weigh station in London, KY, then on to Conover tomorrow. Hopefully I can get something heading west!

sittin at a truck stop in North Carolina, empty....Been here since 5:30pm yesterday, been empty since 3:15pm yesterday lol. I sure hope I dont have to go north again haha
