WS drivers whats your 20

Oh yeah, I loved being in IN/IL during the storms that ran through there! Thought the truck was going over while parked at the t/s for the night.

 

Sitting in Conover, with a full belly! Hopefully going West for some home time. Discovered the BBQ joint next to the Wendys, Bennetts I think it's called. Good eats!

 

when i was in conover i wandered over to that mall and ate some crappy chinese, i will have to remember that. im on my way back in that direction, real food sounds amazing right about now.

im stuck sitting in indiana, i made sure i had a load for the weekend for once but when i showed up to grab it they said the trailer wont be loaded until sunday, guy was a ####, but what can ya do haha? going to sleep a crapload i know that much.

 

At the Myrtle, MS terminal. Dropped an empty and will hook a loaded going to where else...Conover. Most likely will be there until Monday. At least they have a shower and a laundry mat nearby!

Well, I'm home been here since Thursday afternoon and am having a grand old time, I really missed my family, Spent some time today with my wife and then went tonight to a Halloween gig at our church, it was a good time, I am having a great time, I will be back out there on Wednesday and will stay out thru Thanksgiving to about 2-3 days before Christmas so I can amass a few days that I can be home for the Hiliday then back out for the New Year so others can get in and do their thing, I don't need to be home for Thanksgiving or New Years.. looking back I have enjoyed my 5 weeks out there I have met a few of you and look forward to meeting more of you, Been to the shops in helena and Santa Fe Springs and they both make the ranks in my book, They get it in and out and do a good job. If there is anything I may be able to help anyone with please get in touch with me. TD24

 

They are friendly here for sure! I'm beginning to think of the Conover terminal as a 2nd home I've been here so much over the last few weeks. Looks like I'll get a reset while here this time, taking the rig to the shop, no heat or a/c in the cab, underbunk heater stopped working, and my dang throttle pedal fell off. Last few nights in MS and TN have been in the mid/low 30's. Need some heat! And ready to go home!

 

WOW!! I hope you get it fixed soon, Hope you get home as well, Just FYI I took a load out of there going up thru Iowa with two stops and then on to Lakewood just a few weeks ago, Maybe they will find a simular load for you, Good luck. TD24
