I stopped watching Pro Wrestling years ago. Ever since the WWE monopolized the Industry, they really don't have any competition now. At least back when WCW and ECW existed, it gave Pro Wrestling a little variety. Gimme Hulk Hogan, Roddy Piper, Jimmy Superfly Snuka, Jake The Snake, Sergeant Slaughter, Brett Hart, Iron Shiek, Ivan Putsky, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Ultimate Warrier, etc. any day over today's Wrestlers.

The only good thing that they have going on nowaday is that at least they have some type of Performance Enhancing Testing now, as compared to the Steroid Freaks they had back in the days. Pro Wrestling may be Fake, but the injuries sustained from years of abuse is VERY real. Pro Wrestlers have a short life span compared to the rest of the population. And the after-effects of a lifetime of Wrestling (such as Chris Benoit and Jimmy Superfly Snuka), who sustained injuries and concussions is far from fake, and the tragic consequences that happened as a result are VERY real.

I have the upmost respect for Pro Wrestlers, but it's still considered Sports Entertainment. At least Japanese Pro Wrestlers have some type of Catch Wrestling background and they transitioned very well when they created the Pride Fighting Championship. Kazushi Sakuraba was a Pro Wrestler who was taking out every MMA and Gracie fighter out there (in his prime) with his Catch Wrestling background. Glad to see a Pro Wrestler heading into the UFC Hall Of Fame.
