xm satelliete best way to get signal

    i just bought my xm radio i would like to know after i bought the radio what else i have to buy to get better signal. i got xm radioR. thanks for the answers

    I just put the little magnetic antenna it comes with on the passenger side mirror bracket. A little bit of friction tape to hold it down. That's always been good enough for me. Reception gets a little shaky when you are north of I90 and the nose of the tractor is pointing north, other than that I have little problems.

    Not good along I 84 in the Gorge.

    I use My sirius with the factory antenna and I have travled the gorge and feather river canyon and rarely have a signal lose when i had XM it was awful.
