Is XPO the company that bought out Con-Way Freight?

My brother drives for XPO then, since he drove for Con-Way. He said the transition went smoothly, and he'said doing real well with them.

 

XPO (ConWay) just closed their Hayward, WI barn. Final day is early March. Several drivers are now looking for work.

 

Did they buy out Con-Way Truckload too?

 

They bought the whole shooting match. Truckload, LTL and Menlo logistics who staffs all of the Amazon warehouses.

 

I wonder if they'll keep Truckload open. I drove for them when they were owned by CNF.

 

Back then, they were woefully mismanaged.l

 

The rumor was they wanted Menlo logistics but couldn't buy that one entity on its own. Conway said all or nothing
