City fathers just have to much time on thier hands.
Time spent on important matters, the homeless, the needy, atracting companies to move thier operations there.

 

Seems to me if they allowed the "Butt Cleavage", it would do some attracting....

It must be a boring town if they need an ordinance for underwear. Yakima must be as exciting as watching cars rust.
