I didn't see anything that stated it being a felony....it states that it's a federal offense....but also from the way it is written it is interpreting that people who work in the different branches as a government employee/politician on falsifying paperwork!!!
-
Lmfao
Lmao -
I believe ANY Federal offense is a felony..??
If it's a federal law that's broken, the Feds are the ones coming for you. I may be wrong.austinmike Thanks this. -
Ok dot inspections are federal offenses being wrote up and they aren't felonies tailight, tire tread depth. Etc.
-
And you came here to advertise yourself I guess?
-
Where exactly does it say anything about government employees or politicians?

Falsifying logs is 100% voluntary by the driver. Any driver saying they were "forced" to falsify a log is full of BS. Did someone hold a gun to your head or hold a family member hostage? Many drivers are serving prison time or have served prison time because of running illegal and being involved in a fatal wreck. Juries just don't believe it when the driver tries to place blame on someone at the other end of a phone conversation.scythe08, austinmike, Kyle G. and 4 others Thank this.

Which I believe is worth going to a sort of war culturally in the Dispatch office so that the freaking appointment times will be taken away from the shippers and recievers and handed to the driver who will physically be doing the driving despite the promises told to and from dispatch.
If a load is so bad that it needs a thousand new appointment attempts so be it. It's going to be done right legal. The over running of newbie drivers by corection and threats against experienced drivers who know how to falsify etc has to stop completely Industry wide. Remember Railroad Engines, they stop wherever the crews are dead on the hog law (Their version of HOS, usually a 16 hour day and NOT. ONE. MINUTE. MORE. Regardless of what is on that train)
Imagine this Nation being able to park at any time when the lawful driver of all experience levels enjoy a assurance that they too shall log it and then park it when it's time. Not. One minute more. -
