Yoke seals, replacement purchase

I ordered all the seals for my front rear and back rear yoke seals from transaxle.

The first thing is that he gave me all 3 with sleeves which the front Yoke the surface is good I did not need a sleeve. Do they normally give you sleeves with yoke SEALS or can you just purchase the seal itself if you have a good surface? Any seals I've ever put on crankshafts or anything else you can just buy the seals, but the kid behind the counter seemed completely confused when I called him and told him I didn't need a sleeve.

The next question is do those seals come pre greased. They sent me two seals that are greased with what looks like Moly Grease. They are National seals that are in a box that is just an open box, they're not sealed in anything. The third Seal is in a sealed package and I can't tell if that has any grease on it or not but the package looks clean.

So my questions are:
1) Can I buy yoke seals without sleeves?
2) Do the seals come pre greased?
3) Should they come in a sealed package that you have to break open?
