    bleh i dont want it. I can Profit off 1.25 to jacksonville but 1.02 is to thin a margin i make like 8 cent a mile.

    I just might have screwed myself. I have a load from Hanover Md to Martinsburg, Then after that i go to york for a load to Cranberry TWP pa which is near pittsburgh. I scheduled myself to drive right through the heart of this storm. And then assuming I get through that i have a load later in the week that delivers to a Hotel that is under construction and it isnt exactly in the most spacious location.

    Just take it easy and keep your mind on the big picture. Sitting or a very slow driving day will have very little impact on your year. Always error on the safe side. It will be history before you know it.

    I've shut down twice this week because of snow I have zero problem doing it again. If when i go out tomorrow the roads are bad I'll come back home since the pickup is 15 miles from my house. I refuse to drive in this stuff.

    I read about your 2mph slide thats what terrifies me about ice and snow, you cant always control the slide. Piggybacking on that last post most of my run is on the pa turnpike i'd like to think they will take care of that road.

    One of the things I do is look at the speed other vehicles are moving. Then I'll keep right, move slightly slower and leave plenty of room in front of me.

    Oh yeah. And never let your stopping distance exceed your sight distance.
