So, medically "you" are allowed to have window tint that is otherwise illegal? If so, that would have been a good piece of information to put in your oringial post.

It was dismissed. I assume that means his name is cleared.

Also, do you think it will make a difference to these "bully" cops? This day in age one needs to choose their battles wisely. We would all be in court everyday for the rest of our lives if we fought what was wrong, unfair, or "bullied".

Sounds great, but the monster (government) is too big and out of control. If it was a case of injury or death.....then ok. Not a bunch of truckers telling them their system is flawed. They don't care. When has the government ever cared what its citizens thought?

I don't think you'll ever make it so costly that they'll be afraid to do inspections. It's not their money they're using to prosecute, it's our money.

No; you need 70% VLT. 30% is much too dark.

Thats why ya hook up with Truck Attorneys. Like TVC .. They represent you in Court while yer on the road making Money.

Most States and cities don't pay for cops to go to court anymore like years ago. You would be amazed how many times they just give up.

They are counting on those that don't know any better and are just blind sheep.

Also .. I believe any cop that breaks the law while performing his/her duty should be fired! They are NOT the law. This Country is a Country of Laws, not a Country of Men.

Do you have TVC? And if so how good are their services for the money you pay? Thanks

Yes, I have TVC and at $48 a month, its a good investment (and tax write off, expense).

What I like best about them, they fight the "Warning" tickets. They generally dont have a fine, but add points to your CSA2010. Without TVC (or those like them) .. You have no legal recorse to fight a warning.

They are not in a Lawyer office somewhere. They are a network of attorneys in every City and State. They know the local Prosecutors and Judges in the community where you were cited. Its the wheels of Justice a rollin ..

I've seen them in the truck stops trying to sell it, but just was curious how well their service worked for that hefty fee. My old co-driver had a different driver plan through USXpress that couldn't even get a ticket thrown out in WA for being in the far left lane in Spokane when it was snowing. He'd never been thru there, and didn't realize there were 3 lanes, and all the signs were covered in snow. The officer wasn't hearing it, and neither was the court obviously because he was out the attorney fee, plus the ticket. That's why I', skeptical of it, because I haven't found anyone with TVC that had actually used it and had proof it worked, just what the salesman said.
