WOW, Too cheap to plow the roads and then they run around giving out tickets for being somewhere you can't see that you shouldn't have been. Corrupt tax collection at it's finest right here.

Be sure to check as most factory windows ALREADY have some tint in them!!

Medically prescribed wasn't working on those folks in In. This woman thought she'd found someone who was going take all her crap.
I attacked them on 4 or 5 issues I was really wanting to see if I could get her arrested for filing false reports.
I've had so many inspection in seven years I'm really tired of being bothered by them. They treat us like common criminals and think we're supposed to kiss their butt's and be glad to work for the great pay we get. I just give it back to them like they dish it out to us.GAlanFink Thanks this. -
I think of them as enhanced revenue assesssor's to be avoided as much as possible.

I would like to see the officer be held accountable for this but I'm also a realist. If you take it to federal court... This is what would likely happen. The Officer will evoke state actor status... this mean you will be suing the State... or Federal Gov't if the officer is a Fed... Then, the judge will look at the circumstances. and probably say.."It's and honest mistake the officer made and move for dismissal".
We MUST remember officers are human they make mistakes... WE truckers however... are held up to being perfect... ANY mistake that is found can and will cost us. -
I had TVC for a brief time. By the time the attorney contacts TVC, then TVC contacts you, you end up paying a late fee for the citation. TVC communicates very poorly and doesn't return phone calls.
They are a scam...I can do everything they can by simply calling a local attorney.
Now back to our regularly scheduled program.aiwiron Thanks this. -
More in principle than anything else, unless you want to drive with a ring in your nose forever like a complacent animal.

30% is too dark for legal but still safe for driving day or night, all you need is a medical waiver and it becomes legal.
