You find an ad for a driving position that requires you to be "good with a wrench" or "comfortable with basic mechanics".

You catch a glimpse of the warehouse pick order for your load and it says "Team Load" and you're a Solo OTR guy...

    Let's keep it rolling...

I saw an ad for a small company once that said something like, "our trucks aren't new, but they will pass a DOT inspection."

How about Google reviews saying that a W2 company position requires drivers to pay an "escrow" for the truck...

    I have questions and concerns.

Had a snake charmer [recruiter] try to sell me on that last week.

Seems like a situation where the driver is writing dispatch a blank check on hours and miles. Ouch...

I get emails all the time asking me can I start orientation tomorrow, or we will fly you to orientation, and you can start immediately. Major red flag pops up for me

I remember another company that put out an ad claiming they pick you up and take you to orientation in a limo.
