This really should not come to pass. The problem is frigging PAY not the stupid drivers (No offense) who arrive weekly into Orientation by busloads of 50.Just passing by Thanks this. -
More drivers texting while 80,000 pounds careens freely down the road.

If they think this will tempt more younger drivers into the industry I think they are wrong... And even if it does, how many 18 yo. kids are going to stick to this job after they see what it's really like???? Then there is the whole insurance matter... How many insurance companies are going to insure these young drivers to go solo all across the country, and if the insurance will cover them, what carrier is going to pay the higher premium that such a driver will surely require??? And I'm not even going to get into the whole maturity discussion.
