I sometimes buy a couple of those as a backup if I flip schedules from day to night or vice versa.

Once, when my refrigerator defrosted by accident (that was a mess). The results were about the same.

    True that!

    Fresher the better.

For anyone that might be curious about cold brew, if you are passing through Joplin stop at the Petro. There's a Caribou Coffee in the store. Get a large cold brew WITHOUT ice. It will be enough for two days, you need to cut it with water, it's STRONG! I don't know how they roast their beans, but I am betting it's at a low temperature for a long time. Their coffee is GREAT! Sometimes you can find it in Walmart. I always snag a one pound bag whenever I can, but fresh ground at the Joplin Petro and I died and went to heaven.

I like fresh ground hot coffee. The oils froth at the top. That is pure crack.

How come all the mom and pop truckstops have terrible tasting coffee?
It always tastes like an old dish rag :(
But most the time they don’t charge me for it. Which is good because I always dump it out outside a Pilot or Loves.

They never clean the machine. You have to run vinegar through the pipes now and then.
