I like Truck World in Hubbard, OH but I dang sure wouldn't say Ohio is scenic, well maybe parts of ClevelandI really like West Virginia, Northwest Washington (took a load out to NAS Whidby Island and fell in love with WA). Of course, I love driving in FL too, except in my own city of Orlando. I'd rather drive in Miami, its less dangerous. I do a lot of off-interstate driving in FL. It's fun to count gators and sometimes, crocs. Hard to beat US1 south of Florida City down to Key West, as well. There are plenty of spots to pull off, set up a chair and cast a line. South FL truckstops, yeah not so much.

I grew up in the Midwest so I feel I have had my share of it. I have drove through some neat places, UT, MT, ID and so on. However, if I never left Texas, OK and Kansas I'd be a happy man.
As I told my old man the first time we went to Texas, "I'm gonna live here someday." I might have left Texas at that time, but my heart stayed. -
Scenery wise i actually enjoy cali., and of course chp does a great job of ensuring my safety, ha ha. It's a toss up for me when it comes to the driving part between monatana or nevada because they have the kind of traffic i can deal with and i love wide open spaces. The southwestern states are great as well.

Cali is a good place to escape from, but a load is a load. -
You can drive 11 hours in California and never make it through Orange and L.A. counties

I was always kind of partial to Wisconsin. I also enjoyed driving through the desert. Enjoyed the desolate beauty of it all.
