I have recently put in an application with Swift. I have never driven an 18 wheeler before but have always wanted to be in the career. I have read alot good and alot bad about Swift. I know that many of you may wish to say go find out for your self but hey I would like to hear it from people working for them.

If you work for swift or have worked for swift please shoot me a mail or a responce. I would like to know the pros and cons of the company.
