Your Opinion: Double Drive Axles Only One Is Powered

I checked, I don't have "Weight Transfer" switch, but I got one that says "Ecas Suspension", which actually is the electronic system that controls back and front suspension airbags pressure, this system comes with tag axle trucks.

I tried to do some research, but there's very little information about this system. Finally I found the 9 pin cable behind the driver's seat which is the jack for the remote controller for Ecas, I guess the previous owner just decided to keep it for himself and not let me know, whatever I asked him after I purchased the truck, he just ignored my texts.
Do you know how do I check what is the make and model of this air transfer system (Ecas) so I can try to find the appropriate remote controller for it online?
