No ex seal here, none of that bull.
The paper logs back in them days Ive said before sometimes two logs, sometimes three, One was always signed last day's duty status ready to present to DOT in them bad old days.
As far as the mileage im off a little bit or a lot of bit, however the trip did happen.
I know that some of you have a hard time with some of my stories, that is why I keep those to a minimum. If I am not helping someone Im telling stories that don't really belong in today's trucking because most have not lived it. Ergo dinosaur.
Don't stress about them, the way things are going I wont be around that much anyhow and that will be that.
I discovered a nice feature list to add names so that over time there will be a reduction in stressed people questioning my sometimes pie in sky stories.

As bizarre as it sounds, the small company I am driving for has subbed out their dispatching to some guys in India. It's like talking to Dell Tech Support every time you call. "Hello, this is Ke-vinnn, may I help you?" ( in obvious Indian accent. Slurpee, not Casino) When they call to ask my current location I have to spell every city name. " Can you spell Tampa?" (or Dallas, or Los Angeles, etc). The boss claims "No, really, they are in Tracy CA." Yeah, and I'm Stevie Ray Vaughn.
