I doubt the intelligent drivers will stay very long. It won't take the SOB's at Knight to destroy Barr-Nunn.

    The Knight-mare continues....

Had a suspicion they were setting up to buy someone based on what they had been doing all year..

Knight can't be that bad if they can afford to buy out Barr-nunn.

I will have to agree. They purchased the company on a line of credit worth 300 million with a remaining 124 remaining after escrow and capital advancements! I mean, that is not even throwing in any cash either. Also they are acquiring the company as a majority party purchase. That just means that they purchased the LEFT OVER stock which had a 51% or greater availability which changed ownership. That still leaves stocks out there that people have invested in this company. It will be fun to watch and see how it works out on the stock market over the next couple months.
