it dont even get to the fun part until it is illegal immoral or stupid
-
Which Texas scales even have cameras?
-
Wouldn't worry, the gov employees are probably too busy watching the naked images from the TSA xray stations.
-
Wouldn't be hard for Texas to get em.
Only took utah 2 days to install what cameras they have. -
What's the big deal? KY scales scan your license when you go there, FL not only scans your plate, do radiation test as you pass thru and electronically scan the dimensions and scan for any outstanding fines from your entire fleet(if you are a company driver), and hold your truck until the fines are paid, FL's cabbage cops will photograph you as you check in and x-ray your trailer at random...I've been out here 22 years and have never gotten any treatment from the DOT that I didn't deserve...and usually treated much better than I deserved given the fact that I use to run as many log books as I could find places to hide them.
Cranky Yankee Thanks this. -
The license plate readers and driver photos have been live in Washington and Oregon for years, and they DO have access to each other's databases (and Idaho). There are links between Idaho, Utah and Arizona as well. Don't know about Cali ( and don't care).
Its all about revenue enhancement.... -
One of these days Im gonna run one of the border patrol x-ray check points full speed with a load of mannequins...probably need to have some time off planned i know..
Still wanna do it though -
But, God bless America and all that stuff. At least we are free remember, that's why "they" hate us.
