    Same here. Georgia SP and the emergency crews appreciated it. I think most LEOs are gonna overlook that law if it's for a good reason.

    Yeah.......midnight....dead stop on the traffic lane....not for me. I seen truck rear end another 1 on a sunny day. Unless there was an obvious pile up, I'll pull back
