    Which one of these would you recommend they are similarly priced?? Im hauling reefer freight across country cali to Nj... Im look for something reliable please help paccar or cummins?

    All you need is one of these GMC cabovers like I used to drive for Safeway back in the early 90's-got the job done!

    I only went from Phx to Tucson to Nogales & back to Phx. You might want something a little more comfy I'll bet.

    Take the Pete. The extra fuel in the tanks will tide you over.

    Come to think of it not very much fuel in that pete. 240 gal? KW even less.

    Fuel is life during winter. In summer possibly able to feed thirsty reefer in a pinch.

    Only prob I ever had was a flat tire. Those trucks looked like crap, but ran like a Timex! lol

    What company did the KW come from? Those are some really small fuel tanks. I'd take the ISX

    100 gallons total? You gna have to fill up every 400 miles with that tank

    I think each tank has 100 gallon capacity he just list it in a confusing manner.

    Check out the thread by @Guntoter about the class action lawsuit on the Paccar engine.

    Last entry I read was that he found someone to reflash his ECM to make his Paccar engine run better-I would read up on it first before purchase.
