The 10 million was paid to the children of the other comedian that was killed in the accident. Morgan and others involved in the accident have not resolved their cases yet.

The latest I read is the Walmart driver is trying to delay the Tracy Morgan vs Walmart case to protect himself from certain info that might be discovered and used later in the driver's criminal trial.

I'm surprised we know about the $10 million because those deals are usually sealed and if leaked- revoked.

But then again maybe Walmart wanted that info out there so Tracy might know what he can expect in a settlement.

Meanwhile the 4wheeling motoring public will be out there steering right into the paths of every Walmart truck and contract carrier hoping to get hit and a big payday.

 

Thats okay, Walmart has Tons of extra money to pay out accident victims, They don't pay their Employees #### so they might as well spend their profit on something else

 

And some people still think $750,000 is enough insurance...

perhaps when the require us to carry $4 million, they can require the 4 wheelers to carry $250,000/$500,000 minimum
